Executive Chairman and Managing Director:

Peter Ingram, B.Sc, FAusIMM, MGSA, FAICD
Mr Ingram has over 35 years industry experience including over 20 years as a director and CEO of listed public companies in Australia. He is a founding Councillor and past President of the Association of Mining and Exploration Companies and is an Honorary Life Member of that organization.

Executive Director, Technical:

Maurice Hoyle, B.Sc(Hons), FAusIMM
Mr Hoyle has over 35 years experience as an exploration and mine geologist within Australia and Africa. His experience encompasses a wide range of commodities whilst working for both major international and junior Australian companies. He has also worked extensively as a consultant in exploration and mining geology.

Non Executive Directors:

James Walls, B.Sc.
Mr Walls has worked extensively as a geophysicist in the oil exploration industry both in the USA and Australia. Mr Walls is a director of Australia Oriental Minerals NL.

Jason Brewer
Jason Brewer has over 15 years international experience in the natural resources sector and in investment banking. He is a mining engineer with a masters degree in mining engineering with honours from the Royal School of Mines, London. He has experience in gold and base metals mines having worked at the Kidd Creek Copper and Zinc mine in Canada for Falconbridge, the Lanfranchi Nickel Mine in Western Australia for WMC and the Kinross Gold Mine in South Africa for Gencor.

Bruce Fulton, MSc (Hons), MBA
Bruce is currently a senior executive with The Swann Group, an executive search firm specialising in the global mining and resources industry. He is a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining & Metallurgy and the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He is a geologist by training, with extensive experience in exploration and mining, corporate development and M & A work for a number of Australian and international companies.

Company Secretary:

Desmond Kelly, B.Comm.
Mr Kelly has over 20 years experience as an accountant, Company Secretary and director of public companies.
